This project revolves around a mobile application dedicated to enhancing the sports fan experience by offering a seamless ticketing, membership, and event engagement system. The app enables users to explore upcoming football matches, manage bookings, track tickets in a digital wallet, and receive personalized notifications. It is designed to serve a passionate audience who seeks convenience, instant access to events, and a social connection with fellow fans.
The primary objective of the application was to create a smooth and emotionally engaging digital journey—from discovering matches to booking and attending events. The experience had to reflect excitement, trust, and ease-of-use, all while maintaining an elegant, modern visual identity tailored for sports culture in the Gulf region, specifically Saudi Arabia. The app was also built to support social connectivity, allowing users to interact around matches, build communities, and access updates with minimal friction.
As the UX/UI Designer, I led the complete design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and interaction design. I conducted benchmark analysis of global sports platforms, identified user pain points in local event booking experiences, and translated insights into intuitive design flows. I designed clean, visually striking interfaces with consistent components, optimized for both engagement and functionality, while ensuring accessibility and performance on mobile devices.
I focused on modular UI components—cards, wallet tickets, and notification badges—to streamline usability across screens. Vibrant color palettes and micro-interactions were used to create a dynamic and premium visual tone. The result was a modern app that not only simplified the ticketing and event experience but also elevated the emotional connection between users and their favorite teams. The design contributed to improved user retention and higher conversion in match engagement and ticket purchase.
